Fragrance companies are known to use certain scents in their perfume or cologne that are thought to attract the opposite sex. However, there’s not been a lot of research to say if it really works or not.

Humans have a natural scent that is emitted from our skin. As a result a large part of our natural smell is made up of pheromones. These are chemical compounds that originate in the human body and are released naturally through the skin.

Some argue that maybe the pheromones cause men to feel more confident and that is what leads more women to be attracted to them. Scientists that tend to agree with this offer an explanation.
